Office Financial Policy
We believe that all patients who come to our office want and deserve the highest quality dental care that can be provided. It is our responsibility to use our best professional skills and judgment in planning your dental treatment. Our office does not render treatment or establish fees according to insurance companies. We work 100% for you, not the insurance company. We will, as a courtesy, process your insurance benefits.
In our continued commitment to providing the highest quality dental care available to all our patients and to have those services comfortably affordable, we are pleased to offer you the following options for payment.
Fee Plan by Capital One and CareCredit. These allow you to make payments on a monthly basis.
Payment Options
We accept VISA and MasterCard, as well as ATM/debit cards, cash, and personal checks. We can also recommend payment plans using third-party financing with Care Credit and Capital One to help you receive the care you need and want without delay. 5% discount for Cash, Checks or Senior Citizens (55 and older).
Insurance
We accept most dental insurance plans. Please call our office at 602-242-5445 to verify your benefit options with us.
Missed Appointments
Appointment times are reserved especially for you and it is a bond of trust between you and our office. Our time is dedicated to high quality service at a reasonable cost and in order to deliver this we ask that you choose a time to which you can commit. Any missed appointments may result in a charge.
